Mijn ervaring is zeer positief. Twee portretten besteld als een origineel cadeautje. Het bestelproces was duidelijk en alle aanpassingen werden goed en snel verwerkt. Helaas was er iets verkeerd gegaan bij de verzending, maar dit werd snel opgelost! Mochten ze dit niveau van service blijven aanhouden, zal ik zeker weer bij hun bestellen.
